- Standard image Pilling EMPA is used to evaluate gout ruffles after performing scrubbing with a martindale machine according to ISO 12945, ASTM D4970 and IWS TM 196. It is also used to evaluate pilling for ICI pilling machines.
- Graded image standards are used to evaluate surface changes after testing.
