Features of GT-KC10C footwear bending tester:
- The GT-KC10C Footwear Bending Tester determines a material's resistance to cracking or other forms of damage when flexed. This method is applicable to all flexible materials and specifically to leather, coated fabrics and textiles used in footwear uppers.
- Material of outer compartment: 2mm double-sided color-coated steel with powder-coated surface.
- Material of the inner cavity: using SUS304 stainless steel, seamless welding. Besides, the outer structure of the inner cavity is reinforced with 10mm steel plates to meet the structural strength requirements of the bending test.
- With vacuum glass observation window, it is more effective to observe the test situation.
- Temperature control: using 7 inch color touch screen with Chinese and English version, easy operation.
- Equipped with 2 sets of mechanical compressors, the two-stage refrigeration cycle can cool quickly to the specified internal temperature in the case of various fixed fields.
