Features of gas fume chamber RF1106:
  1. Gas Fume Chamber RF1106 is used to determine the colorfastness of textiles when is exposed to atmospheric oxides of nitrogen derived from the combustion of chemically-pure gas.
  2. RF1106 Gas Fume Chamber includes burning chamber, test chamber, control chamber, exhaust pipes with air circulation system, special explosion-proof solenoid valves, dual gas leakage detector, flame detector and touch-screen control system.
  3. The running condition of the exhaust fan, pressure regulation fan and the air circulation fan, test time and chamber temperature can be set through touchscreen controller.
  4. It can receive the gas leakage alarm signal from the combustion chamber and control chamber.
  5. It can also receive the flame detector signals to control the gas solenoid valve.
  6. Electromagnetic door lock ensures the viewing window is hard to be opened when test is on-going.Inlet gas over pressure alarm and protection.It greatly improves safety performance. By the effect of air circulation system, the concentration of nitrogen oxides at the sample level is greatly increased. It improves the reliability and accuracy of test results, and also greatly improves the testing efficiency.
